We offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return unused, current merchandise for an even product exchange or for a full refund, but not including shipping charges. Please include the order number, item number, reason for return and requested resolution (size exchange or credit).

Personalized or custom merchandise cannot be returned, unless it arrived damaged.
